REFUND POLICY

While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. In the event you would like to return or replace your order, please give our office a call at 862-881-4683 or send us an email to info@lavantacoffee.com and address to — Attn: Returns Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery to quality for a refund. It can take up to 10-15 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. You are required to return the item at your own expense. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company while you are waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders or not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

There will be a flat rate of $12.95 for orders under $40. FREE shipping for orders over $40
All Shipments are sent via Priority Mail USPS, FedEx or UPS and all orders will be updated with tracking information once the order is fulfilled.
